Sure, you could use all of those heavy books that you've been meaning to read for weight lifting (Infinte Jest anyone?), but we why not use the library's great collection of workout videos and books instead? Experts all agree; the weight loss and exercise plan that works is the one that you'll stick with. If you find it difficult to get to the gym, try checking out some workout videos and books from the library. Keep yourself interested and challenged by checking out a different video each week and watch the results!
